- A credit card will be required as a guarantee. No down payment will be charged.
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes beyond the aforementioned term, the cost of the first night will be charged on the credit card given as guarantee.
In case of no-show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.

At the time of check-in it is necessary to present, for each guest, a valid identity document, for registration in accordance with the current provisions of law.
IMPORTANT
Since the bed and breakfast is family-run, it is recommended to communicate by telephone to the owner the expected time of arrival at least 24 hours before.

- The management is only responsible for items left stored directly at the reception

To facilitate the use of the hotel's private parking, please leave the car keys at the reception.

- It is forbidden to access the pool with clothes
- It is forbidden to dive from the swimming pool
- It is forbidden to swim when the pool is undergoing maintenance (from 20.00 to 8.00)
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult, who assumes responsibility for them.
- The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or values left in the pool and for any accidents caused by users to themselves and third parties, due to the non-observance of the aforementioned rules
- Access to the pool is allowed from 9:00 to 19:30
- Please note that there is no lifeguard in this pool.
